VP to inaugurate Jambi park
JAMBI, Jambi: Vice President Megawati Soekarnoputri is set to
visit Jambi on May 11 to inaugurate a park in the city, a local
official said on Thursday.
Spokesman for the provincial administration Haroen Saad said
the Vice President would plant trees along the city's eastern
highway to mark the inauguration ceremony, which will take place
at Kenali Asam Bawah village.
The ceremony will also mark the start of a regreening campaign
in the province. (33)
