VKTR Reshuffles Board of Directors, Here Is the Full Line-up
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) conducted a reshuffle of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held in Jakarta on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.
Shareholders appointed Anindra Ardiansyah Bakrie, also known as Ardi Bakrie, as Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Based on the AGM results, the move to strengthen the management of the listed electric vehicle issuer within the Bakrie Group is designed to accelerate the adoption of technological innovation and to consolidate the company’s position in the accelerating phase of the national sustainable mobility industry.
VKTR’s Chief Executive Officer, Ardi Bakrie, said that strengthening the captain at the management level will form the cornerstone of the company’s governance as it navigates the green mobility business in the years ahead.
Under Ardi’s leadership, the board has been strengthened by the arrival of several strategic professionals, including Mochammad Yana Aditya, a former CEO of PT Transportasi Jakarta (TransJakarta). Yana’s entry is slated to optimise operations and the commercialisation of the electric bus fleet.
The company also appointed S. Erika Mouna Hamizar as a Director to accelerate the business transformation agenda and strengthen governance.
Additionally, the Director role was entrusted to Indah Permatasari Saugi to reinforce the strategic functions of corporate communications, investor relations, and integrated legal management.
Meanwhile, the company’s supervisory seat is entrusted to veteran Sharif Cicip Sutardjo as President Commissioner, who swapped positions with Anindya Novyan Bakrie in the role of Vice President Commissioner.
The management also placed national technocrat Ilham A. Habibie as Commissioner to bolster innovation in the industrialisation of electric vehicles.
The organisational refresh was accompanied by an impressive performance for the 2025 financial year, where VKTR’s sales of electric vehicles rose by 60 percent year on year (YoY).
