Vivo quietly debuted a new member of its X series, the X300 FE, expanding its flagship lineup. The device was launched in Russia and shares many components and specifications with the vivo S50 Pro mini, which has so far only been unveiled in China, according to a GSM Arena report on Wednesday, 4 March. The handset features a compact 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED display. Under the hood, it runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. In the camera department, Vivo equips it with a 50 MP main camera using the Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. The phone carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. On the software side, it will run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with five years of OS updates and seven years of security updates. The battery is a sizeable 6500 mAh, supporting 90 W wired charging and 30 W wireless charging, despite the compact form factor. The X300 FE is available in Moonlight White, Cool Purple, and Graphite Black. Official pricing is not listed on Vivo Russia’s site; however, a third-party distributor reports 60,124 Russian rubles for the 256 GB variant. It remains to be seen whether the phone will be marketed solely in Russia or released in additional countries.
