Vista Land Group Wins Best Subsidised Housing Developer Award from BTN
Vista Land Group has achieved another milestone in the national housing sector by winning the award for best subsidised housing developer at the BTN Awards 2025 ceremony held in Jakarta. Vista Land was recognised as the number 1 developer group for subsidised housing (The Best Group Subsidised Housing Developer 2025) after recording more than 4,000 subsidised housing credit agreements through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme throughout 2025. This achievement is reported as the largest or number 1 nationally in the developer group category. The award was received directly by Vista Land Group Director Esther Kristiany Hadi.
Esther stated that the award from BTN represents both appreciation and motivation for the company to continue improving product quality and service provision to the community. “Vista Land is grateful for this award from BTN. This recognition motivates us to continue striving and improving product quality and services going forward,” Esther said in Jakarta on Monday, 9 March. She noted that the achievement was also facilitated by BTN’s continued service transformation, which has made the subsidised housing financing process faster and more efficient.
The BTN Awards themselves represent the bank’s appreciation towards developer partners who are deemed to have made significant contributions to the distribution of financing, including affordable housing for low-income households (MBR).
Esther emphasised that Vista Land Group will continue its commitment to providing housing for low-income communities whilst supporting the government’s efforts to expand home ownership access. She noted that the need for affordable housing remains very substantial, particularly in urban areas and surrounding regions such as Jabodetabek. The company will therefore continue to play an active role in developing housing for low-income households whilst supporting the government’s programme to provide 3 million homes for Indonesians.
Esther also recognised that the property sector plays an important role in driving national economic growth. The housing industry is interconnected with many other sectors, ranging from building materials, logistics, and construction services to the financing sector. Housing development activities are capable of creating a multiplier effect for the economy as they involve many business actors and workers. “The property business is like the locomotive of the economy. When this sector moves, many other industries grow alongside it,” Esther said.
Going forward, Vista Land Group will continue to expand housing development projects whilst maintaining the quality of housing constructed so that communities can obtain homes that are adequate, comfortable, and affordable.
