Vista Land Group Wins Best Subsidised Housing Developer Award 2026
Vista Land Group has recorded strong performance in the subsidised housing sector by winning the Best Subsidised Housing Developer (KPR Subsidi) Award 2026 at the Developer Gathering 2026 event organised by Bank Syariah Nasional. The award was presented as recognition for developers assessed as contributing to the growth of the national housing sector, particularly in providing affordable housing for the public.
General Manager of Vista Land Group Ardian Hendra stated that the award reflects public trust in the subsidised housing projects the company has developed over nearly two decades.
According to him, for approximately 18 years, Vista Land Group has been committed to delivering subsidised housing with maintained quality, from building construction and design to area infrastructure development and environmental facilities.
“Houses are built to be inhabited in the long term, so safety and comfort aspects are the primary priority,” he said on Monday (16 March 2026).
He added that the award is expected to further strengthen public confidence in subsidised housing products offered, from the perspective of legality, process ease, and building quality.
Currently, Vista Land Group is developing dozens of housing projects spread across more than 30 locations, including the areas of Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Serang, and Semarang.
The company has also recorded the handover of more than 60,000 housing units to the public. Throughout 2025, Vista Land Group successfully delivered more than 5,000 housing units, and in 2026 it is targeting growth in construction and handover of approximately 10 to 30 per cent.
From this target, approximately 30 per cent comprises commercial housing developed through the company’s affiliated entities.
On the other hand, the need for subsidised housing in Indonesia remains high. Based on various estimations, the housing backlog figure reaches approximately 9.6 million to 15 million units.
The government continues to encourage the fulfilment of housing needs for low-income communities through the Subsidised Housing Loan (KPR Subsidi) programme and the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP).
With the award it has won, Vista Land Group hopes to continue expanding affordable housing development whilst improving the quality of residential areas it develops.
