Virtual Meeting: AHY Reports Progress on Post-Disaster Rehabilitation to Prabowo
The meeting was held virtually on Monday afternoon (11/5/2026). AHY uploaded a moment from the meeting on his Instagram account on Tuesday (12/5). “In that opportunity, I reported on the progress of several priority agendas that are directives from the President to strengthen our infrastructure, connectivity, and regional resilience,” wrote AHY. The main strategic programmes currently overseen by his ministry include the Java North Coast Rescue, Post-Disaster Rehabilitation, the Green Indonesia Movement with Green and Blue Open Spaces, the 3 Million Houses Programme and Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Concept, as well as the Transformation and National Railway Network. AHY also reported on the importance of water self-sufficiency through sustainable irrigation management and household piping as a main pillar of food security. He acknowledged that the challenges of national development are not light. However, with a spirit of hard work and cross-sectoral collaboration, his side is optimistic about creating sustainable infrastructure that benefits the people. “The challenges ahead are not light, but with hard work and cross-sectoral collaboration, we are optimistic that the national infrastructure will become increasingly resilient and bring real benefits to all the Indonesian people,” he said.
