ViroFab's 'TenuNYamaN' Pre-Fabricated Building System Ready for Market at JIA Curated 2026
ViroFab has returned to present TenuNYamaN at the JIA Curated 2026 event in Sanur, Bali, from 13–17 August 2026, aiming to prove its market-ready Pre-Fabricated Building System is suitable for luxury hospitality and premium residential projects in tropical regions. Executive Vice President of PT Polymindo Permata, Johan Yang, explained that TenuNYamaN is not merely an exhibition booth but a living showcase—a complete building that visitors can enter, experience, and evaluate directly. “Through this installation, ViroFab demonstrates how a prefabrication system can deliver premium architecture that blends with nature without sacrificing design quality, craftsmanship, architectural flexibility, or spatial experience,” Johan stated on Thursday, 13 August 2026. All panels, from the structure and walls to the woven elements, were fabricated in a factory and then assembled on site. Using this approach, the construction of TenuNYamaN was completed in just over one week. Johan noted that the presence of TenuNYamaN at JIA Curated 2026 marks a significant milestone, as ViroFab is now moving its system from a proof-of-concept stage to a solution ready for real-world projects. Following the initial TenuNYamaN project at ARCH, the focus is now on demonstrating that ViroFab is a ready-to-implement solution for luxury development. “With certainty in quality, time, and cost, without compromising architectural design freedom,” he said. ViroFab’s journey with TenuNYamaN illustrates how prefabrication technology can evolve from a concept into a system with practical applications. The concept carries the main narrative of Certainty, Collaboration, Innovation, and the Future of Tropical Luxury Living.
