Viral Video of Naked Man Riding Motorcycle in Cikarang Prompts Police Investigation

A video recording showing the unusual behaviour of a male motorcyclist in the Cikarang area of Bekasi Regency has gone viral on social media. The man was seen riding a motorcycle through the streets without wearing a single item of clothing.

In the footage circulating online, the man can be seen riding along the road. His actions were recorded by a car driver travelling behind him.

The car driver could be heard laughing uproariously at the sight of the naked rider, who appeared to wave his hand at onlookers.

“Mate, where are you heading?” the car driver asked, as seen in the video circulating on Thursday (19 February 2026).

The incident reportedly took place in the MM2100 Industrial Area in West Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, on Wednesday morning (18 February). Weather conditions at the location appeared to show recent rainfall, and traffic was relatively light.

When contacted for confirmation, Bekasi Metropolitan Police Traffic Unit Chief Senior Commissioner Sugihartono said his office would investigate the motorcyclist.

“We will handle this so it does not cause public unrest,” Sugihartono said.

Sugihartono added that the naked motorcyclist could face charges under applicable legislation. However, his office would first verify the rider’s health condition.

“It is possible [to press charges]. We will first check whether there is a mental health issue,” he concluded.
