Viral Video of Man Dancing in MBG Kitchen Leads to Stern Reprimand and Suspension of SPPG by BGN

A video that went viral on social media showed a man dancing in a Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG). The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) expressed regret over the man’s actions.

As seen by detikcom in the viral video, the man was dancing to music inside a room displaying the BGN logo.

Deputy Head of BGN Nanik Sudaryati Deyang stated that the agency had addressed the matter. She had tasked the Director of Monitoring and Supervision at BGN to meet the man and issue a stern reprimand.

“We have tasked the Director of Monitoring and Supervision to meet him,” Nanik told reporters on Tuesday (24/3/2026).

“Just now I called Brigjen Doni Dewantoro, Director of Tauwas Region II, he has met him and reprimanded him sternly,” she added.

Nanik regretted the man’s actions. She expressed disappointment with the partner owner of the SPPG.

“Clearly, we are very regretful and disappointed with such behaviour from our partner,” she said.

Furthermore, Nanik highlighted the viral video of the man dancing in an MBG kitchen without wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Nanik questioned the man’s actions.

“Why act so exaggerated like that, especially creating content in the kitchen without PPE. Of course, we will monitor the kitchen,” she stated.

Additionally, Nanik mentioned that BGN has monitored the man’s SPPG and temporarily suspended it. The SPPG was suspended because it did not comply with technical guidelines after BGN’s inspection.

“Coincidentally, after checking the kitchen, the layout was incorrect and the wastewater treatment installation (IPAL) was not proper, so we suspended it,” she said.
