The attempted robbery occurred in the Central Jakarta area on Saturday morning (16 May 2026) at around 01:30 local time. Three perpetrators, suspected of trying to steal the victim’s motorbike, failed to carry out their plan after the victim quickly fled while carrying the vehicle’s keys.
