Pramono emphasised that the regulation of the transport system in Jakarta, including the mechanism for ownership of the free transport service cards, is conducted transparently and openly. Therefore, he asked the matter to be followed up seriously. ‘Because this is now part of transparency for regulating Jakarta’s transport system, including the cards owned, it is done transparently and openly,’ he added. On the other hand, Pramono stressed the importance of maintaining the integrity of public services, including the transport sector. According to him, the system that has been built openly must not be exploited by any party. ‘If there are indications of insider involvement, then I ask for firm action to be taken,’ he concluded.
