Villa Allegedly Owned by Police Inspector Yayat Sudrajat in Subang Found to be Registered Under Wife's Name
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is currently tracing an asset in Subang Regency, West Java, which is suspected to be related to the development of a bribery case involving projects within the Bekasi Regency Government.
The asset is allegedly linked to a member of the Indonesian National Police, Police Inspector Yayat Sudlagat, also known as Lippo. However, the asset is known to be registered under the name of Rista Mardiana, who is Yayat’s wife.
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that investigators have conducted a direct inspection of the asset. The review was carried out as part of the asset tracing process in the development of the investigation into the Bekasi Regency project bribery case.
“Investigators suspect that the asset is related to the case currently under investigation,” said Budi Prasetyo on Friday (2/10/26).
KPK investigators conducted the asset inspection on Wednesday (30/9/26). The asset being traced is a villa located in the Sagalaherang area, Subang.
“This villa asset is located in Sagalaherang, Subang,” he said.
The KPK suspects that the asset actually belongs to Yayat, but the ownership is held under the name of Rista Mardiana.
This asset tracing is related to the development of the investigation into alleged bribery within the Bekasi Regency Government. The case was previously uncovered through a KPK sting operation (OTT) on 18 December 2025.
In that sting operation, the KPK arrested several parties, including the Regent of Bekasi, Ade Kuswara Kunang, and his father, HM Kunang.
Two days after the sting, specifically on 20 December 2025, the KPK named Ade Kuswara Kunang, HM Kunang—who also serves as the Head of Sukadami Village, South Cikarang District—and a private individual, Sarjan, as suspects.
In the initial case, Ade and HM Kunang were alleged to be the recipients of bribes, while Sarjan was identified as the giver.
The KPK suspects that Sarjan provided money to Ade and HM Kunang with a total value reaching Rp11.4 billion.
Subsequently, the KPK has expanded the case. On 10 September 2026, the anti-corruption agency announced the development of the investigation following the issuance of a general investigation order in August 2026.
In the development of this case, investigators are still collecting evidence and tracing assets suspected to be related to the matter.
As of now, the KPK has not named any new suspects in the development of the investigation into the alleged project bribery within the Bekasi Regency Government.
