PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) held its annual general meeting of shareholders for the 2025 financial year and an extraordinary general meeting, which approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2025 financial year. PT Sunindo Pratama Tbk also held its annual general meeting of shareholders, which approved the annual report and ratified the financial statements for the 2025 financial year.
