Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Director of PT Pos Properti Indonesia, Junita Roemawi, expressed optimism regarding the potential for property business development in Indonesia in 2026, given the prospects of strengthened economic growth.
PT Pos Properti Indonesia is continuing to optimise its existing business operations, including office space rental and coworking spaces, event venues, management of state-owned enterprise property assets, and hospitality services. The company also plans to expand into co-living rental accommodation, targeting segments including Generation Z and hospital patients.
Nevertheless, the property business faces challenges, particularly in managing PT Pos Indonesia’s assets, regarding the need to balance Indonesia Post’s business requirements with the imperative to optimise asset performance.
