Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has dismissed reports claiming that the state coffers contain only Rp120 trillion. He confirmed that this information is inaccurate and reaffirmed that national finances are still in a safe position. Purbaya explained that the circulating figure refers to a portion of the budget surplus (SAL) placed at Bank Indonesia, which currently totals Rp420 trillion. Furthermore, Purbaya stated that his office consistently manages state cash effectively, ensuring that the state budget can operate stably throughout the year.
