Video: Property Issuer Business Expansion Targets Education Ecosystem

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Property issuer PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA) is optimistic that it can record net profit growth through to the end of 2026, supported by its hospitality and real estate business segments. President Director of PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA), Mohamad Prapanca, stated that adapting to market direction and consumer tastes is key for the property business to maintain market demand. Currently, KOTA has a hospitality business through four hotels in Bandung, Yogyakarta and Bali, where increasing occupancy is KOTA’s strategy for maintaining its hotel business. On the other hand, KOTA is also carrying out a number of projects related to the Kemayoran Golf Course, the construction of a BSD Sports Hub, and a hospital and education ecosystem project in Surabaya.
