Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - President Director of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Firmansyah, has affirmed the company’s commitment as a state-owned construction enterprise to ensuring that all infrastructure projects adhere to the same quality standards, internalised down to subcontractors at the furthest reaches of project sites.

Nindya Karya maintains work quality standards that must be implemented, reinforced by the integration of digital technology and strengthened digital-based monitoring and evaluation. Additionally, Nindya Karya continues to make continuous improvements, including enhancing the capacity and capability of its human resources.

Amid global economic and political uncertainty, the construction sector also faces the challenge of rising material prices. For this reason, Nindya Karya has implemented a supply chain management (SCM) system so that all procurement processes are centralised and can be managed and controlled.

Furthermore, Nindya Karya is strengthening procurement planning through partnerships with business partners and establishing umbrella contracts for major materials, which is expected to address the issue of material price volatility.
