Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Chief Financial Officer of PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU), Adrain Hartadi, is optimistic about the oil and gas business prospects amid the turmoil of the Middle East conflict. In 2026, RATU aims to maintain production by maximising existing wells and increasing output through the acquisition of one new asset in Madura. From a financing perspective, RATU will issue 2026 Series I Bonds and Sukuk Wakalah I worth Rp 800 billion, which will be allocated to support production in the Jabung Block worth Rp 500 billion, with the remainder for refinancing US dollar bank loans. To sustain performance, RATU targets expansion in existing blocks as a strategy to maintain revenue while acquiring small oil and gas fields to strengthen performance.
