Video: Indonesia's Debt Rises by Rp 282 Trillion - Global Debt Surpasses Rp 6,125 Quadrillion

The Ministry of Finance has reported that the government’s debt position reached Rp 9,920 trillion by the end of March 2026. This figure represents an increase of more than Rp 282 trillion compared to the position at the end of the previous year. Meanwhile, global debt has once again set a new record and now approaches 353 trillion US dollars, equivalent to more than Rp 6,000 quadrillion. This surge is revealed in the Global Debt Monitor report released by the Institute of International Finance (IIF).
