Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Director of Information Technology at BPJS Kesehatan, Setiaji, assures that BPJS Kesehatan’s steps to improve the management of data for 280 million participants and 27,000 Healthcare Facilities (faskes) utilise artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance health services for the Indonesian public. With the massive growth of data and to ensure service continuity, BPJS Kesehatan continues to strengthen its GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) technology infrastructure in managing data, including enhancing internet access. BPJS Kesehatan is also committed to maintaining data security and cyber attacks through system and governance strengthening, following ISO regulations, and coordinating with Komdigi, BSSN, and the Ministry of Health. In addition, BPJS Kesehatan encourages education for faskes and participants to ensure data security and services, as well as strengthening the competencies of human resources/digital talent.
