Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Sales & Channel Development Director of Geely Auto Indonesia outlined the business development strategy for Geely’s electric vehicles in Indonesia. As a Chinese electric car manufacturer, Geely has built a local assembly plant (CKD) with a target of achieving 60% local content by the end of 2026. To expand its market in Indonesia, Geely continues to strengthen the EV ecosystem through the development of after-sales networks and sales/distribution outlets to increase buyer confidence. Geely is gradually adding product variations to meet customer needs in Indonesia and ensuring supply and logistics security from China to address global volatility challenges.
