Video: DPR Guarantees Pro-Investment Regulation, Indonesia Aims to Become Financial Hub

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - CNBC Indonesia presented the CNBC Investment Forum 2026 to discuss the opportunities and challenges of implementing Law Number 4 of 2023 on Financial Sector Development and Strengthening (P2SK) in reinforcing the financial sector as a driver of the Indonesian economy. Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Sari Yuliati, stated at the Investment Forum 2026 that despite lingering global uncertainty, Indonesia remains an epicentre of robust growth, supported by fiscal discipline, monetary prudence, and structural reforms through the ratification of the P2SK Law. The P2SK Law serves as a manifestation of the state’s effort to recalibrate Indonesia’s growth engine by deepening financial markets and expanding access to financing.
