CNBC Indonesia presented the Digital Banking Forum 2026 with the theme ‘Building the Future Digital Banking Ecosystem’, a forum bringing together regulators, industry players and brands to discuss the potential, challenges and future direction of digital banking in Indonesia. Currently, customer needs continue to evolve alongside lifestyle changes amidst the growing adoption of digital technology. This presents an opportunity for banks to provide solutions for customers to access financial and banking services, from transfers, mobile credit top-ups and shopping to monthly bill payments, while remaining secure and comfortable. Bank Aladin, in developing its digital services, is also utilising artificial intelligence (AI) technology to provide fast services that are also aligned with strengthened cybersecurity to prevent data and financial losses.
