Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Amid uncertainty in 2026, compressed natural gas (CNG) trading and distribution company PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS) is confident it can achieve its revenue target of Rp879 billion and net profit of Rp23.9 billion.

Citra Nusantara Gemilang President Director Andhika Purwonugroho said CGAS forecast growth of around 20% year on year in the third quarter of 2026. Despite changing gas supply conditions in West Java, the company is ensuring that it can meet customer needs, supported by strengthened infrastructure between West and East Java.

To meet its 2026 business targets, CGAS is focusing on optimising its gas infrastructure to fulfil market demand despite distribution challenges. It is also developing its retail customer base alongside industrial customers and plans to add two gas stations, bringing the total to nine in 2027.

What is CGAS’s gas business development strategy, and what role can CNG play in reducing LPG imports? Andi Shalini discussed these questions with Andhika Purwonugroho, President Director of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk, on CNBC Indonesia’s Squawk Box programme on Monday, 20 October 2026.
