Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, has confirmed the government’s readiness to implement a work-from-home (WFH) policy for one day per week, specifically on Fridays, for Civil Servants (ASN) as part of the Work Culture Transformation and Energy Efficiency programme starting from 1 April 2026. BKN has developed the “ASN Digital” service and is collaborating with state agencies to measure and monitor ASN performance, relying on transparency to ensure it does not disrupt public services. BKN continuously evaluates ASN performance in ASN Digital on a monthly basis to address various challenges and strengthen internal communication.
