Jakarta – The Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) has stressed that the reciprocal cooperation agreement between the Indonesian government and the United States does not eliminate the obligation for halal certification and labelling of products entering and circulating in Indonesian territory.

Ahead of Eid celebrations, the public has been urged to increase vigilance against cyber crime modes, particularly phishing attacks, as transaction volumes surge during Ramadan. The disbursement of the Thirteenth Month Allowance (THR) is noted as a period frequently exploited by digital crime perpetrators to target public funds.
