CNBC Indonesia presented the Digital Banking Forum 2026 with the theme ‘Building the Future Digital Banking Ecosystem’ as a forum bringing together regulators, industry players, and brands to discuss the potential, challenges, and future direction of digital banking in Indonesia. Nicholas Tan, Director of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO), described partnerships between digital banks and fintech companies as part of the business development strategy for digital banks. Bank Jago’s partnerships with fintech firms are implemented in three areas: strengthening the customer base, developing new products that leverage the fintech ecosystem such as the GoPay Tabungan by Jago product, and collaborating with Bibit to develop investment services.
