Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Global index provider Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has officially announced the results of its periodic review, or Semi-Annual Index Review, for May 2026. All changes to the index composition will take effect after the close of trading on 29 May 2026 and will be reflected starting from trading on 1 June 2026. Responding to the MSCI announcement regarding the MSCI Global Standard and MSCI Global Small Cap indices, President Director of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk, Koko Tjatur Rachmadi, told CNBC Indonesia that this determination does not yet fully consider the business prospects of the issuer and also the opportunities from the issuer’s industry. However, Bank Aladin Syariah assesses that the business prospects of Islamic banking and the development of digitalisation domestically are still very positive, and this will certainly impact the company’s performance.
