Video: Attorney General Presents Seized Funds from Forest Area Task Force to Prabowo
The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia and the Forest Area Order Task Force (PKH) on Tuesday (06/10/2026) carried out the handover of administrative fines from the forestry sector and recovered state finances from the eighth stage of special criminal cases, totalling Rp 13.241 trillion, to the state treasury.
In the presence of President Prabowo Subianto, the PKH Task Force also reported the reclamation of forest areas covering 259,230.73 hectares. Attorney General ST Burhanuddin stated that the Rp 13.241 trillion handover consists of Rp 3.465 trillion from forestry administrative fine collections, Rp 1.535 trillion in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the Attorney General’s Office and special criminal law enforcement, and Rp 8.229 trillion in tax receipts from taxpayers following the actions of the PKH Task Force, which involves cooperation across 12 Ministries and Agencies.
As of 2026, the PKH Task Force has successfully reclaimed forest areas in the plantation sector covering 6,206,212 hectares and in the mining sector covering 14,638 hectares.
