Vice President Director of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia, Anton Rusli, stated that the commercial vehicle industry is one of the barometers of the national economy.

The commercial vehicle industry, namely trucks and pickups, is an important means in the logistics and passenger transport system, so when there is a surge in commercial vehicle sales, it means economic and business activities are increasing, and if it declines, the opposite is occurring.

At Isuzu, the development of commercial vehicle sales is still experiencing growth, especially in retail, but wholesale sales have recorded a decline. Isuzu recorded good sales for medium pickups related to the logistics and retail business, but medium truck sales have slowed due to the mining sector.
