Video: Ahead of Eid, Pasar Senen Station Flooded with Homebound Travellers

The National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) has implemented a nationwide one-way traffic system on Wednesday 18 March as part of the Eid travel management strategy. This traffic regulation coincides with the sixth day of Operation Ketupat 2026, the government’s coordinated initiative to manage increased traffic during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period leading up to 1447 Hijriah. Major transport hubs, including Pasar Senen Station in Jakarta, have experienced significant crowding as millions of Indonesians prepare to travel home for the Eid celebration.
