The number of victims from the clash between Narasaosina Village and Waiburak Village in East Adonara Subdistrict, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), has increased to seven. Previously, there were six victims from the clash.

It was previously reported that the inter-village clash broke out again in East Adonara Subdistrict, East Flores, NTT, on Saturday night (9/5/2026). The conflict between residents of Narasaosina Village and Waiburak Village caused six houses to be burned and six residents to be hit by homemade bullets.

The victims who were shot were taken to Larantuka Regional General Hospital for medical treatment. The clash is believed to have been triggered by a dispute over customary land ownership that has yet to find a resolution.

The East Flores Regency Government (Pemkab) once mediated between the two parties on Thursday (26/2/2026) at the Regent’s Office in East Flores.

A similar conflict also occurred in March 2026. At that time, five residents suffered gunshot wounds and six houses were reported damaged and burned on Friday (6/3/2026).

A month later, the conflict erupted again. Six houses were reported burned and one resident was taken to Larantuka Regional General Hospital because he was hit by a homemade bullet.
