Victim's Family of State-Owned Bank Branch Head to Receive LPSK Assistance During Trial
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) has assured that it will provide assistance to the family of the branch head (Kacab) of a state-owned bank, Mohammad Ilham Pradipta, when they attend the trial at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta.
LPSK Deputy Chair Susilaningtias stated that the assistance is being provided because the military prosecutor plans to present the victim’s family as witnesses in the trial.
The continuation of the trial in this case is scheduled for Monday (4/5/2026) at the Military Court II-08 Jakarta.
“We will provide protection for his wife, children, sibling, and father-in-law. If they are required to appear in court, we will provide assistance,” said Susilaningtias when contacted on Friday (1/5/2026).
She emphasised that LPSK not only provides protection but also ensures that the process of the victim’s family attending the trial proceeds safely.
Previously, the Military Prosecutor’s Office II-07 Jakarta announced plans to summon Mohammad Ilham Pradipta’s family as witnesses in the trial.
“The family will also be presented later,” said Colonel Chk Andri Wijaya when contacted on Thursday (30/4/2026).
In addition to the victim’s family, the military prosecutor will also summon two other witnesses who are said to be the perpetrators in the case, namely Ken alias Candy and Dwi Hartono, who previously refused to attend.
“We plan to present 12 witnesses, and for witnesses Ken and Dwi Hartono, we will still summon them to attend the trial,” said Andri.
