Vice President's Special Staff Tina Talisa Appointed Commissioner of Pertamina Patra Niaga
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, a subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero), has reshuffled its board of directors and commissioners. In the reshuffle, Vice President's Special Staff Tina Talisa was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
News of Tina Talisa's appointment was also shared by the Fikom Unpad Alumni Association through its Instagram account @ika.fikomunpad. "Good luck in your new role, Teh Tina Talisa," the account wrote, as quoted on Friday, 11 July 2025.
Besides Tina, Ferry Juliantono has also joined the new board of commissioners of Pertamina Patra Niaga.
The appointments have raised questions regarding the salaries received by commissioners of Pertamina Patra Niaga. Based on the company's 2023 financial report, total compensation for management — encompassing both the board of directors and board of commissioners — reached US$19.1 million, or approximately Rp312 billion.
The company recorded seven members on the board of directors and seven on the board of commissioners. If divided equally, each management member is estimated to receive compensation of US$1.36 million, or approximately Rp21.8 billion per year, equivalent to around Rp1.8 billion per month.
