Vice President Welcomes President's Arrival After Completing European Visit

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka welcomed the arrival of President Prabowo Subianto in the homeland after completing a working visit to Europe, at the Indonesian Air Force Base Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, on Wednesday. According to an official statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday, Vice President Gibran welcomed President Prabowo’s arrival together with State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and Head of the State Intelligence Agency Mohammad Herindra. President Prabowo visited the Russian Federation and France in recent days to conduct strategic diplomacy. Then in Paris, President Prabowo met with President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace. In that meeting, the two leaders discussed efforts to enhance bilateral cooperation in various priority sectors, while exchanging views on global dynamics as well as efforts to maintain world stability and peace. President Prabowo Subianto arrived in the homeland via the Indonesian Air Force Base Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta, on Wednesday afternoon, after completing a series of working visits to Russia and France. In online monitoring, the presidential aircraft carrying President Prabowo landed at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base around 2:00 PM Western Indonesia Time.
