Vespa Unveils New Models with GTS 250 Credit Plans and 80th Anniversary Editions

PT Piaggio Indonesia has disrupted the premium scooter market with the launch of its latest product line. The Italian manufacturer has introduced the new Vespa GTS Super Tech 250 and three limited-edition Vespa 80th Anniversary models to celebrate eight decades since the iconic scooter’s inception in 1946.

For customers eager to take one of these four iconic scooters home, various credit schemes are available. Before reviewing the simulations, let’s examine the new features and distinguishing elements of the latest Vespa range.

Compared to the GTS 150, the engine capacity has increased by 60 per cent. The new engine delivers a maximum power of 16.5 kW (22.1 hp) and torque of 22.1 Nm. Power output has surged by 43 per cent compared to the 150cc version, just 1 kW less than the top-tier GTS 300.

Besides robust engine performance, the GTS Super Tech 250 features an 8.5-litre fuel tank (same as the GTS 300) and a minimalist design with two premium colour options: Grey Ottimista Matt and White Innocente.

Historical “Verde Pastello” colour: The entire body is painted in the iconic pastel green inspired by the 1946 Vespa 98. This shade is applied to every detail, including mirrors, handlebars, grips, wheels, and front suspension linkage.

Exclusive Details and Plaques: Equipped with a special “Vespa 80” plaque on the front fender and an emblem reading “80 years of Vespa Est. 1946”. The wheel design is custom-made, inspired by the Vespa 98 with diamond-cut finish.
