The verdict hearing for the alleged corruption case involving the management of crude oil and refinery products from 2018-2023 was held at the Corruption Court in Central Jakarta, lasting until early Friday morning.

Riva and Maya were sentenced to 9 years in prison, while Edward received a 10-year sentence. All three were also ordered to pay a fine of IDR 1 billion each, with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days in prison.

In the second cluster hearing, which began on Thursday (February 26th) at around 9:00 PM, the verdicts were read for Yoki Firnandi, Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS) for the period 2022-2024; Agus Purwono, Vice President of Feedstock Management at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) for the period 2023-2024; and Sani Dinar Saifudin, Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization at PT KPI for the period 2022-2025.

Yoki and Sani were sentenced to 9 years in prison each, while Agus received a 10-year sentence. All three were also ordered to pay a fine of IDR 1 billion each, with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days in prison.

In the third cluster, the verdict hearing began on Friday at around 2:00 AM for Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza, the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa; Gading Ramadhan Juedo, Commissioner of PT Pelayaran Mahameru Kencana Abadi (PMKA); and Dimas Werhaspati, Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim Nusantara (JMN).

Kerry was sentenced to 15 years in prison, while Gading and Dimas each received 14 years. All three were also ordered to pay a fine of IDR 1 billion each, with a subsidiary sentence of 190 days in prison.

In Kerry’s case, an additional penalty was imposed, requiring him to pay restitution of IDR 2.9 trillion, with a subsidiary sentence of 5 years in prison.
