Verah Wahyudis Wong increases share ownership in TAMA

Investor Verah Wahyudis Wong has been reported to have increased her shareholding in construction services company PT Lancartama Sejati Tbk (TAMA). Through an official report, Verah announced that she has acquired millions of shares in the company for investment purposes.

Based on the report released on 10 March 2026, the share purchase was conducted in two stages on 5 March 2026. In the first stage, Verah purchased 9,459,000 shares at an execution price of Rp112 per share. In the second stage, she added a further 1,591,700 shares at Rp103 per share. In total, Verah accumulated 11,050,700 new shares in a single trading day.

This corporate action automatically elevated her ownership status in PT Lancartama Sejati Tbk to above 5 per cent. Prior to this transaction, Verah held 59,578,300 shares, equivalent to 4.96 per cent voting rights. Following the purchase, her total shareholding increased to 70,629,000 shares, representing 5.89 per cent of the company’s fully paid-up and issued capital.

In her statement, Verah Wahyudis Wong affirmed that her ownership stake is direct and does not constitute corporate control. All transactions were conducted with the sole purpose of long-term investment.
