VENTENY Appoints New Deputy CEO and CTO at 2026 AGM
PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (Ticker: VTNY) has appointed Hosea Sanjaya as Deputy President Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Tri Ismardiko Widyawan as Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), during its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). At the same time, shareholders accepted the resignation of Milokevin Wendiady from his position as Director and Group COO. The company stated the resignation was for personal reasons and unrelated to the company’s performance or business conditions.
President Director, Founder and Group CEO of VENTENY, Jun Waide, expressed appreciation for Milokevin’s contributions during his tenure. “We thank Mr Milo for his dedication and contributions during his time with the Company. We also welcome Hosea Sanjaya as Deputy President Director and Group COO, and Tri Ismardiko Widyawan as Director and Group CTO. This strengthening of the leadership team is part of our efforts to continuously improve business execution quality, accelerate innovation, and support the Company’s future growth,” Jun said.
Beyond approving the board changes, the AGM ratified the annual report and financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year. It also determined the use of net profit, appointed a Public Accounting Firm for the 2026 fiscal year, and set the remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
According to the approved financial statements, VENTENY recorded revenue of Rp327.3 billion in 2025, an 8 percent increase compared to the previous year. The company also posted total assets of Rp1.8 trillion, growing 49 percent from the 2024 position of Rp1.2 trillion. Meanwhile, net profit after tax was recorded at Rp2.1 billion.
Jun explained these achievements were made amid still-challenging economic conditions, particularly for the financing industry, which faces pressure on public purchasing power, rising credit risk, and high caution in loan disbursement. In response, VENTENY chose to be more selective in developing its financing business and focused resources on products and services with strong market demand and more sustainable contributions to company performance. The company also undertook various efficiency measures, including evaluating programmes and activities that had not yet contributed optimally to profitability.
In 2026, the company is committed to continuing to create positive impact for business actors and SMEs, and to improving the financial welfare and competence of workers across various industrial sectors in Indonesia, through productive funding services and the VENTENY Employee Super App, including Earned Wage Access (EWA), Advance Wage Access (AWA), Payroll Service, and other digital services. To support this growth agenda, the company will continue to strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management so that every business opportunity can be managed optimally and measurably.
“2025 confirmed the Company’s resilience and ability to create quality growth amidst various challenges and market opportunities. With a stronger business foundation, we are not only focused on short-term achievements but also building capacity for sustainable growth,” Jun explained. By continuing to uphold the principle of prudence, VENTENY strives to maintain portfolio quality, enhance profitability, and strengthen its financial position as a foundation for long-term growth. “Going forward, we see even greater opportunities to expand the impact and value we create through service innovation, business ecosystem strengthening, and the development of an agile, future-oriented organisation. With a focused strategy and disciplined execution, we are confident the Company is well-positioned to continue its growth momentum and create long-term value for all stakeholders,” he concluded.
