UVCR Distributes Dividend, Shareholders Receive Rp 0.5 Per Share

Jakarta — PT Trimegah Karya Pratama Tbk (UVCR), a technology company that operates the Ultra Voucher digital voucher platform, has formally announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the 2025 financial year totalling Rp 1 billion.

Following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21 May 2026, each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp 0.5 per share.

Based on the financial statements as at 31 December 2025, Trimegah Karya Pratama recorded net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp 5.47 billion. The company also maintains retained earnings with unrestricted usage of Rp 23.23 billion and total equity reaching Rp 103.62 billion.

“This dividend distribution is concrete evidence of our appreciation to all shareholders who have loyally been part of Ultra Voucher’s journey throughout the year,” said Riky Boy in a statement on Monday evening (1 June 2026).

“Our retained earnings position and equity demonstrate that UVCR not only maintains consistent profitability, but also possesses a healthy and liquid capital structure,” he added.

Management considers the fundamentals provide scope for the company to continue implementing measured growth strategies whilst maintaining a balance between expansion requirements and shareholder value returns.

“With this foundation, we have ample room to continue accelerating business expansion whilst strengthening investor confidence in the sustainable solutions we offer,” said Riky.

The cum-dividend date in the cash market has been set for 5 June 2026 and the ex-dividend date in the cash market for 8 June 2026. The recording date or list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend has been set for 5 June 2026 at 16.00 Western Indonesian Time.

UVCR management is optimistic about further strengthening its position in Indonesia’s digital voucher, rewards, and loyalty industry.

UVCR, or Trimegah Karya Pratama, is a technology company operating in the digital voucher, rewards, and loyalty sector. Through the Ultra Voucher platform, the company provides digital voucher purchasing and delivery services that can be used at more than 600 merchants and over 45,000 outlets throughout Indonesia.
