US Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed on Monday that the White House is ready to assist Colombia following a devastating earthquake that killed at least 111 people. The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre reported the quake, which struck near San Jose del Palmar in the Chocó region, had a magnitude of 7.4. Local authorities reported dozens of collapsed buildings.
