US–Iran Conflict, Government Says There Are New Investment Opportunities

President Prabowo Subianto summoned a number of ministers to the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta on Wednesday afternoon to participate in a limited meeting to discuss several issues related to food, energy, and Ramadan-to-Eid agendas.

Ministers who had arrived at the palace by 16:00 local time included the Coordinating Minister for Food Security Zulkifli Hasan; Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia; Religious Affairs Minister Nasaruddin Umar; Investment and Industry/Head of BKPM and also CEO of Danantara Rosan Perkasa Roeslani; and Education, Culture, Research and Technology Minister and Head of the Mineral Industry Agency Brian Yuliarto.

When asked about the afternoon agenda, several ministers said they would provide reports in line with their respective areas of work.
