WASHINGTON (AP): Career diplomat Robert Gelbard, the State
Department's top adviser on Bosnia, is expected to be named
ambassador to Indonesia, an official said on Thursday.
Gelbard previously served as chief of the department's

If nominated and confirmed by the Senate, Gelbard would
