US and Israel Spark War, Indonesian Hajj Pilgrims Confident in Smooth Hajj Worship
Indonesian Hajj pilgrims have stated that they have no worries about their journey and the performance of Hajj worship being disrupted by the war instigated by the United States (US) and Israel. As is known, the US and Israel recently attacked Iran, escalating tensions in the Gulf countries region. Rifki Hazami (40 years old), a prospective Hajj pilgrim for 2026 from South Jakarta, expressed his belief that Allah SWT will certainly protect His servants who wish to go on Hajj. “Alhamdulillah, there are no concerns at the moment; Hajj is the guest of Allah SWT, and Allah SWT will surely protect His servants who wish to go on Hajj,” said Rifki to Republika on Tuesday (7/4/2029). He revealed that his first Hajj worship experience was also during a time of war. His journey passed through the Suez Canal in Egypt and he arrived safely. “Alhamdulillah, I arrived safely at the destination, and I am also confident that this year I will arrive safely at the destination and return to the Indonesian homeland,” he stated.
