Urban Heights Residences and HOPE Programme Draw Attention at Danantara Housing Expo 2026
Jakarta – Danantara Housing Expo 2026 represents the government’s commitment to addressing the needs of the public, particularly low-income and middle-income communities, by making home ownership easier. In line with this, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) is supporting the national agenda through the provision of decent and affordable housing, as demonstrated by its participation in Danantara Housing Expo 2026.
Brantas Abipraya Corporate Secretary Dian Sovana said the company introduced Urban Heights Residences while simultaneously inaugurating the initial phase of participation for 70 employees in the Home Ownership Programme for Employees (HOPE).
“Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is a strategic moment for Brantas Abipraya to demonstrate the role of state-owned enterprises not only as infrastructure development actors, but also as part of the housing provision ecosystem for the public,” Dian said in a statement on Friday, 28 August 2026.
Through Urban Heights Residences, Brantas Abipraya presents a housing concept designed to meet the needs of urban communities for quality, comfortable living with good accessibility, while supporting sustainable development principles.
Brantas Abipraya’s participation in the housing sector also strengthens the company’s positioning as a state-owned construction enterprise that not only builds infrastructure, but also delivers solutions that have a direct impact on the quality of life of the public.
Dian said the company’s participation in Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is part of efforts to expand Brantas Abipraya’s contribution in supporting the national housing agenda.
“Housing is one of the basic needs closely linked to the quality of life of the public. Therefore, Brantas Abipraya views the housing sector not only as a business opportunity, but also as a space to make a real contribution to national development,” Dian said.
“Through Urban Heights Residences, we aim to present quality housing that is relevant to the needs of urban communities and has long-term added value,” she added.
Danantara Housing Expo 2026, held from 27–30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in PIK, offers various home ownership financing facilities. The public can access financing schemes with mortgage interest rates starting from 2.75 percent, down payments from 1 percent, and tenors of up to 30 years for a range of housing options suited to their needs and financial capacity.
