To mark National Music Day, the Faculty of Music at Pelita Harapan University (UPH) in collaboration with Kairos Multi Jaya has organised a series of music-industry workshops titled Harmoni Vol. II. The event runs from 9 to 16 March 2026 on the UPH Karawaci Campus in Tangerang.

The programme offers not only music performances and exhibitions but also a range of educational sessions highlighting the evolution of the music industry. Participants will have a rare opportunity to trial professional audio equipment that sets the standard in recording studios and live sound systems.

One of the main sessions is ‘Studio to Social: Music Production 101 – Recording, Mixing & Simple Mastering for Social Media’, featuring Wishnu Dewantara and Elifas Sonaru. The workshop discusses the production process for modern music tailored to digital distribution, from recording and mixing to simple mastering for social media platforms. Wishnu also shares experiences of adapting elements of Nusantara traditional music into modern production.

In addition, Kairos Multi Jaya presents the workshop ‘Audio Network Integration with Dante’, covering Dante-based audio networking technology—a system that is now the standard in modern professional audio production because it allows audio devices to be interconnected in a single flexible digital network.

Revie, a lecturer at UPH’s Faculty of Music and organiser of Harmoni Vol. II, says the event provides an important forum to bring together education and the music industry. ‘Harmoni Vol. II is not only a celebration of National Music Day but also a space for collaboration between academia and industry. Kairos Multi Jaya’s involvement gives students the opportunity to understand audio technology and the music production process directly from professionals,’ she said.

For information, Kairos Multi Jaya is a company involved in distribution and audiovisual solutions, providing audio technology for live sound, studio recording, broadcasting, event production, and installation of audio systems across various sectors in Indonesia.
