The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced the inclusion of two new issuers on its list of shares exhibiting High Shareholding Concentration (HSC). The companies are PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk (HATM) and PT Delta Giri Wacana Tbk (DGWG).

Based on the IDX’s methodology for determining HSC as of 25 June 2026, a select group of shareholders in fertiliser issuer DGWG collectively controlled 97.35% of the company’s total shares. According to the shareholder composition report for the end of May 2026, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia held 736.81 million shares, representing a 12.53% stake. Public ownership in scripless form stood at 890.21 million shares, or 15.13% of the total. David Yaory was recorded as the ultimate beneficial owner at the individual level.

For HATM, the IDX stated that as of 30 June 2026, a group of shareholders collectively controlled 96.09% of the company’s shares. Data from 31 May 2026 shows PT Habco Primatama as the largest shareholder with 5.76 billion shares, equivalent to a 66.34% stake, while PT Multi Sarana Nasional held 1.75 billion shares, or 20.11%. Public ownership in scripless form was recorded at 1.15 billion shares, or approximately 13.29%. The ultimate beneficial owners at the individual level were identified as Cosmas Kiardi, Benny, and Hasanul Arifin Hasibuan.

The IDX emphasised that the announcement of HSC status does not automatically indicate a breach of prevailing capital market laws and regulations. The updated HSC list as of 2 July 2026 includes a total of 15 issuers, among them PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII), PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS), PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH), PT Panca Anugrah Wisesa Tbk (MGLV), PT Rockfields Properti Indonesia Tbk (ROCK), PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO), PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN), PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (WBSA), PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI), and PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU).
