Update on Return Traffic: Phase 2 Local One-Way in Effect from Km 390-70 on Trans-Java

JAKARTA - Due to police discretion, the Phase 2 local one-way system during the 2026 Lebaran return traffic period will be implemented starting at 8:00 PM WIB. This traffic engineering measure to alleviate congestion applies from Km 390 on the Batang-Semarang Toll Road section to Km 70 on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section. Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT), Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the company has made various operational adjustments on the ground to support the smooth flow of traffic. Ria added that intensive coordination continues with the police and relevant stakeholders to monitor traffic conditions in real time and make traffic engineering adjustments if necessary. JTT also appeals to all Trans-Java Toll Road users to prioritise safety by ensuring the driver and vehicle are in prime condition before travelling. Road users are also expected to ensure sufficient e-money balances, maintain safe distances, obey traffic signs, and follow the directions of on-site officers.
