The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has implemented a temporary suspension of trading for PT Steady Safe Tbk (SAFE) on Monday, 31 August 2026.

The suspension of the TransJakarta partner transportation issuer commenced during the first session of today’s trading. This decision refers to Exchange Announcement Number: Peng-SPT-00158/BEI.WAS/08-2026.

The suspension was carried out as a cooling-down measure to protect investors, aiming to provide market participants with adequate time to carefully consider their investment decisions.

“The IDX deems it necessary to temporarily halt the trading of PT Steady Safe Tbk (SAFE) shares in the Regular Market and Cash Market,” as stated in the announcement on the official IDX website.

The issuer subject to the exchange’s freeze was observed to have experienced a price decline prior to the suspension. According to market data, SAFE’s share price rose by 3.7% to Rp700 per share during the previous Friday’s trading. The share price has climbed 88.17% since one month ago, despite a 75% decline year-to-date.

With this measure, the IDX expects all interested parties to remain attentive to the information disclosures provided by the Company.
