The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has designated two stocks for monitoring due to unusual market activity (UMA) on 23 April 2026. These include PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk. (MMIX) and PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah Tbk. (MAXI).

In its announcement, IDX noted that MMIX, a healthcare issuer’s stock, experienced an unusual price increase. According to Stockbit, MMIX shares last closed up 12.90% at Rp350 per share. Over the past week, the stock has risen 29.63%, and it has soared 60.55% in the last month.

Similarly, shares of food producer MAXI have seen a cumulative price increase. MAXI last closed up 33.96%, breaching the upper auto rejection limit (ARA) at Rp71 per share. In the past week, the stock has surged 42%.

In connection with the UMA on these stocks, IDX stated that it is currently observing developments in their transaction patterns.

“The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations,” IDX management said in its statement, quoted on Friday (24/4/2026).
